This afternoon we got fit with Fran! 🥳 We exercised to music using colourful pom-poms and balls, incorporating lots of strengthening, stretching and movement along the way. 🎀⚽
There were plenty of smiles, laughter and energetic moves from everyone. What a fantastic way to keep active while having fun! 💃🕺👏

This afternoon we got creative and had lots of fun designing our very own personalised coasters! 🖌️✨
Everyone enjoyed choosing their own colours and designs, creating something unique to them. Once they’ve been varnished, they’ll look fantastic in our rooms and will be ready to use when enjoying a nice hot cup of tea or coffee! ☕🥰

Today, as part of our Italian-themed Bon Voyage Club, we enjoyed a wonderful virtual tour around some of Italy’s most famous cities and iconic landmarks. 🏛️🌍
